- 摘要:柴油加氢裂化技术是传统燃料型炼油厂“减油增化”转型的关键措施,文中以某炼油厂100×104 t/a柴油加氢裂化装置为研究对象进行碳排放分析,并探讨了换热网络优化、投用液力透平系统及氢气压缩机电气化改造等3项技术改造项目对装置碳减排的影响。结果表明,柴油加氢裂化装置优化前 CO2排放总量为 234.24 kg/t 原料,装置优化后 CO2排放总量预计为193.85 kg/t 原料,降幅达17.24%,技术改造项目能够达到节能降碳目的。
Abstract: Diesel hydrocracking technology is a key measure for the transformation of traditional fuel refineries to reduce oil andincrease chemical. This paper takes a 1.0 Mt /a diesel hydrocracking unit of a refinery as the research object to analyze carbonemissions, and discusses the impact of three technical transformation projects on carbon emission reduction of the unit, includingoptimization of heat exchange network, commissioning of hydraulic turbine system and electrification of hydrogen compressor. Theresults show that the total CO2 emission of the diesel hydrocracking unit before optimization is 234.24 kg/t of raw material, and thetotal CO2 emission of the unit after optimization is expected to be 193.85 kg/t of raw material, a decrease of 17.24%. The technicaltransformation project can achieve the purpose of energy saving and carbon reduction.
