- 摘要:为降低 U形振动管法测定液体石油产品密度的影响,文中对不同性质的油品前处理及进样方式进行优化,分类测定液体石油产品密度,考察验证了分析的准确度及精密度。实验结果表明,使用U形振动管法测定液体石油产品的密度时,选择合适的前处理及进样方式,可以保证分析结果符合国标GB/T 1884-2000要求的同时,大大提高轻质油品和重质油品的密度分析效率和准确度,适用于大型石化企业中间控制和产品的质量检测。
Abstract: In order to reduce the influence of oscillating U-tube method on the determination of liquid petroleum product density,this article optimizes the pre-treatment and injection methods of different properties of oil products, classifies and determines thedensity of liquid petroleum products, and verifies the accuracy and precision of the analysis. The experimental results show thatwhen using oscillating U-tube method to determine the density of liquid petroleum products, selecting appropriate pretreatment andinjection methods can ensure that the analysis results meet the requirements of the national standard GB / T 1884-2000, whilegreatly improving the efficiency and accuracy of density analysis of light and heavy oil products. It is suitable for intermediatecontrol and product quality testing in large petrochemical enterprises.
