摘要:: 摘要：万华化学从技术依赖到自主创新，逐步实现了从“中国万华”到“全球万华”的跨越。通

过分析万华化学的发展思路，可以看到优质化工企业在确定规划定位后，重心放在构筑核心

竞争力上，并以此为基础逐步完善布局，实现综合实力提升。文中重点从研发、产业、销售、人

才和管理等 5个维度梳理了万华化学的发展思路，并以此为借鉴，提出打造中国化工新材料

强企的建议，为国内化工新材料企业的发展做好顶层设计。

Abstract: From technology dependence to independent innovation, Wanhua has gradually realized the leap from "China Wanhua"

to "Global Wanhua". Through analyzing the development ideas of Wanhua , it can be seen that high-quality chemical enterprises

focus on building core competitiveness after determining the planning and positioning, and gradually improve the layout on this

basis to achieve the improvement of comprehensive strength. This paper sorts out its development ideas from five dimensions such

as research, industry chain, sales, talent and management, and uses this as a reference to put forward suggestions to build a strongenterprise of new chemical materials in China, and makes a top-level design for the development of new chemical materials

enterprises in China.
