- 摘要:研究无机纳米复合助剂种类和用量对聚乙烯流延膜热封层性能的影响,筛选出无机纳米复合助剂A作为聚乙烯流延膜热封层助剂,添加量为4 000×10-6。以钛系催化剂制备出聚乙烯流延膜热封层专用料 PE-LF274PC,其熔体质量流动速率为 3.4~4.0 g/(10 min),密度0.927~0.930 g/cm3。制成流延薄膜雾度<6%,光泽度>86。加工应用实验表明,PE-LF274PC加工性能良好,适用于流延薄膜热封层的生产,满足用户要求。Abstract: Sensitivity is an important index for evaluating instruments. Instruments with high sensitivity can measure variations in asmall range more accurately and improve the measurementaccuracy. large error will occur by using low sensitivity instrument whichcan not meet the needs of high precision measurement. The limit of detectionis the minimum amount of an element required toproduce an analytical signal capable of confirming the presence of an element in a sample. Through experiments, the limit ofdetection of flame atomic absorption instrument is reduced and the sensitivity of atomic absorption method is improved.
