- 摘要:挥发性有机物(VOCs)综合治理技术有吸收法、吸附法、冷凝法、膜分离法、破坏法(催化氧化、蓄热氧化、直接燃烧以及微波催化法等)等,每种工艺均有优缺点,使用任何单一的处理技术对不同种类、不同浓度的挥发性有机废气很难满足排放要求。因此,目前国内的主流VOCs回收处理工艺均是结合项目的具体工况和介质,采用2种或2种以上工艺技术相结合的方式对VOCs进行深度治理。永坪炼油厂采用的低温柴油吸收+脱硫+催化氧化组合技术是现阶段石化行业罐区VOCs治理领域普遍应用的技术。文中通过对“低温柴油吸收+脱硫+催化氧化”组合技术的优化研究,提出优化措施,保障VOCs治理装置安全平稳运行,达标排放。Abstract: Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) comprehensive treatment technologies include absorption method, adsorptionmethod, condensation method, membrane separation method, destruction method (catalytic oxidation, thermal storage oxidation,direct combustion and microwave catalytic method, etc.), and each process has advantages and disadvantages. Using any singletreatment technology is difficult to meet the emission requirements of different types and concentrations of volatile organic wastegas. Therefore, at present, the mainstream VOCs recycling process in China was combined with the specific working conditions andmedia of the project, and usedthe combination of 2 or more process technologies to deeply treat VOCs. The combination technologyof low temperature diesel oil absorption + desulfurization + catalytic oxidation adopted by Yongping Refinery was a widely usedtechnology in the field of VOCs tank yard treatment in the petrochemical industry at present. In this paper, through the optimizationstudy of the combination technology of "low-temperature diesel oil absorption + desulfurization + catalytic oxidation", optimizationmeasures were proposed to ensure the safe and stable operation of VOCs treatment equipment and meet the emission standards.
