某石化公司新建2# 高档白油加氢装置采用一段高压加氢工艺生产食品级白油和耐黄变SBS填充油。设计过程中，对换热流程进行优化，总体节约能耗约9.9 kg 标油/t 原料。通过对全流程的模拟计算，确定了冷低压分离器的操作压力为 1.5~2.0 MPa。反应部分采用白油加氢专用催化剂RLF-20，实现对原料的深度脱芳。2023年11月，该项目1次开车成功并平稳运行至今，产品指标优于国内同类产品。

The new No. 2 high-grade white oil hydrogenation unit of a petrochemical company, which adopted one-stage high pressure hydrogenation process, produced food grade white oil and yellowing resistant SBS filling oil.
