Abstract: This paper studied the causes of turbidity and clogging of filter screen for automotive diesel oil by pipeline transportation,

analyzed the water content, acidity and filtrate of the sample, and finally carried out the bacterial culture experiments on the samplesaccording to the analysis results. The results showed that the turbidity of the pipeline diesel oil was not caused by the emulsificationof water and oil, but the main reasons for the blockage of the filter screen were microorganisms and their metabolites, aminecompounds in the drag reducer and acid anti-wear agent, and iron salt formed by pipeline corrosion.
