- 摘要:近年来,随着大型民营企业炼化一体化项目建设,炼化企业加工的原油品种多、性质波动大,原油调合已经成为必不可少的手段。为了确保原油调合的良好效果,关键要解决原油性质预测的问题。文中介绍了1套原油快速评价系统,采用近红外光谱分析技术及时准确的获取原油性质,为优化原油配方提供依据,确保调合后原油性质稳定。该系统已在某石化企业成功运行了2 a,常减压装置的进料性质平稳,原油调合取得了良好的效果。Abstract: In recent years, with the construction of large-scale private enterprise refining and chemical integration projects, thevariety and nature of crude oil processed by refining and chemical enterprises are diverse, and crude oil blending has become anessential means. To ensure the good effect of crude oil blending, it is crucial to solve the problem of predicting the properties ofcrude oil. This article introduces a rapid evaluation system for crude oil, which uses near-infrared spectroscopy analysis technologyto timely and accurately obtain the properties of crude oil, providing a basis for optimizing crude oil formulas and ensuring thestability of crude oil properties after blending. The system has been successfully operated in a petrochemical enterprise for twoyears, stabilizing the feed properties of atmospheric and vacuum distillation, and achieving good results in crude oil blending.
