- 摘要:国家标准GB36170-2018中规定,原油204 ℃前的有机氯含量不超过10 μg/g,采用的是GB/T18612方法,但在不同实验室实际应用过程中,测定结果的再现性较差。文中通过对原油蒸馏中取样量对结果的影响和 3种常用有机氯含量检测方法(氧化燃烧离子色谱法、裂解燃烧—微库仑法、单波长色散X射线荧光法)进行对比分析,并给出建议,为准确、高效地测定原油中的有机氯含量提供参考。Abstract: GB36170-2018 stipulates that the content of organic chlorine in crude oil before 204 ℃ should not exceed 10 μg/g byGB / T18612. However, the reproducibility of the determination results is poor in the process of practical application in differentlaboratories. In this paper, the influence of sample size on the results of crude oil distillation and three common methods fordetermination of organochlorine content (oxidation combustion ion chromatography, pyrolysis combustion-microcoulomb method,single wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence method) were compared and analyzed, suggestions are given for the accurate andefficient determination of organic chlorine content in crude oil.
