石油烃中的砷化物分析方法

- 摘要:砷(As)作为原油的痕量元素之一,通常以有机砷化物的形式存在,在原油的加工过程中,随沸点的不同进入各馏分中。由于对各类馏分油加工过程中使用到的催化剂的毒害作用,以及管道中砷化物沉淀堵塞管道问题,受到化工企业的关注。为解决砷化物带来的问题,对石油烃中的砷化物分析也越发重要。文中介绍了几种国内外已经发表的原油及馏分油中的砷含量的分析方法,包括原子吸收法、原子荧光法、分光光度法、ICP-MS等。Abstract: Arsenic (As), as one of the trace elements of crude oil, usually exists in the form of organic arsenide, and enters into eachfraction with different boiling points during the processing of crude oil. Due to the toxic effect of the catalysts used in the process ofdistillate and the blockage of the pipeline by the precipitation of arsenic in the pipeline, chemical enterprises have paid attention tothe problems. In order to solve the problems caused by arsenide, the analysis of arsenide in petroleum hydrocarbons is becomingmore and more important. This paper introduced several methods for the analysis of arsenic in crude oil and distillate, includingatomic absorption method, atomic fluorescence method, spectrophotometry and ICP-MS.
