性能指标,JC 催化剂制备工艺简单,颗粒形态好,活性较高,粒径分布窄。JC 催化剂应用于淤
浆法间歇中试聚合生产超高分子量聚乙烯,装置运行平稳,各批次产品分子量控制稳定,生产
的超高分子量聚乙烯粒径分布集中,堆密度高于0.42 g/cm3,细粉含量少,具有很好的物理力
学性能,中试产品加工性能良好,加工的管材制品内外表面光滑,管材制品物理力学性能优于
对比UHMWPE,表明JC 催化剂可用于生产超高分子量聚乙烯。
Abstract: JC catalyst was prepared by using magnesium ethoxide as the carrier and adding the third component. This paper
introduced the preparation and basic performance of the catalyst, with the simple preparation process, good particle shape, high
activity and narrow particle size distribution of JC catalyst. JC catalyst was used in the interval pilot polymerization by slurry process
to produce UHMWPE. It showed the stable operation of the plant, stable control of the molecular weight of each batch of products,
the concentrated distribution of produced UHMWPE particle size, higher than 0.42 g/cm3 of the bulk density, less content of the fine
powder, which had good physical and mechanical properties, and the good processing performance of pilot products. The inner and
outer surfaces of the processed pipe products were smooth, and the physical and mechanical properties of the pipe products were better
than those of UHMWPE, which indicated that JC catalyst can be used to produce UHMWPE.
