- 摘要:管道作为1 种能源运输方式,由于内部复杂介质的作用经常会发生腐蚀现象,开展管道
漏磁内检测工作是评价管道运行状况有效方法。此研究项目以管道漏磁内检测为基础,采用
有限元分析方法,开展管道缺陷、焊缝、法兰、补板和接管漏磁场空间分布特性的研究,提取缺
陷漏磁场关键特征参数,分析缺陷漏磁场空间分布规律,为缺陷信号的识别提供理论基础。
Abstract: Pipeline, as a mode of energy transportation,is often corroded due to the complex internal media. It is an effective method
to evaluate the operation condition of pipeline by carrying out magnetic flux leakage (MFL) inspection. The research project bases on
the internal testing of pipeline magnetic leakage, adopts the finite element analysis method to study the spatial distribution
characteristics of the leakage magnetic field of pipeline defects, welds, flanges, patches and pipe connection, extracts the key
characteristic parameters of the leakage magnetic field of defects, analyzes the spatial distribution law of the leakage magnetic field
of defects, and provides a theoretical basis for the identification of defect signals.
