- 摘要:阐述了中间相沥青的形成过程和性质,对比了 3种前驱体制备的中间相沥青的分子结构,并分析了中间相沥青的制备方法,包括热缩聚法、催化缩聚法及共碳化法,对以石油、煤以及萘等不同原料制备的中间相沥青的研究进展进行了综述。文中指出,未来的研发方向是深入探究原料分子结构和工艺条件对中间相沥青结构的影响,优化现有预处理方法,以提高中间相沥青的产量和质量。Abstract: This paper described the formation process and properties of mesophase asphalt, made comparison on the molecularstructure of mesophase asphalt prepared by three precursor systems, analyzed the preparation methods of mesophase asphalt ofthermal polycondensation, catalytic polycondensation and co-carbonization, and reviewed the research progress of mesophaseasphalt prepared from different raw materials such as petroleum, coal and naphthalene. It was pointed out that the future researchand development direction was to deeply explore the influence of raw material molecular structure and process conditions onmesophase asphalt structure, optimize the existing pretreatment methods to improve the yield and quality of mesophase asphalt.
