污水厂水解酸化菌和BAF池活性菌的筛选评价

- 摘要:通过对某车间水解酸化菌进行筛选,当原料水 COD平均值为 2 620.8 mg/L时,D公司 2#菌所对应反应器出水COD最低,平均为2 111.3 mg/L,COD去除率可达19.5%。通过对BAF菌进行筛选,考察因素和水解酸化菌一致,当原料水 COD 平均值为 68.5 mg/L 时,D 公司 2# 反应器出水COD最低,平均为73.4 mg/L。在2类菌剂的筛选过程中,均存在不同程度的污泥流失现象,且BAF反应器较水解酸化反应器严重。结合现场污泥驯化情况,建议水解酸化罐加强污泥回流和固化措施,且运行过程中污泥浓度至少保持在3 776 mg/L以上。Abstract: The hydrolytic acidifying bacteria in a workshop and the active bacteria in BAF pool were screened. Thus, it is concludedthat when the average COD of raw water is 2 620.8 mg/L, the effluent COD of the reactor corresponding to bacteria 2#of D Companyis the lowest, with an average of 2 111.3 mg/L, and the COD removal rate can reach 19.5%. The screening of BAF bacteria showedthat the factors were consistent with those of hydrolytic acidifying bacteria. When the average COD of raw water was 68.5 mg/L, theeffluent COD of the 2# reactor of D Company was the lowest, with an average of 73.4 mg/L. In the screening process of the two typesof bactericides, there were different degrees of sludge loss, and the BAF reactor was more serious than the hydrolysis acidificationreactor. According to the situation of on-site sludge acclimation, it is suggested that the hydrolysis acidification tank shouldstrengthen the sludge reflux and solidification measures, the sludge concentration should be kept above 3 776 mg/L during operation.
