摘要:: 摘要：文中对涂料制备工艺流程中涉及的技术点、设备仪器及方法选择进行了说明，介绍了涂

料和涂层基本性能检测内容（外观、成膜性、附着力、黏度、涂料固化）、使用设备仪器及方法特

点，并对其在涂料制备和涂层服役中的重要性进行了总结，简述了特殊涂料的制备特性和关

键性能。涂料制备工艺日益完善，但因各种条件的限制使涂料的制备统一性、性能一致性、工

艺规范性等问题依然存在，是后续涂料制备工艺研究重点关注的方向。

Abstract: In this paper, the selection of technical points, equipment and methods involved in the process of coating preparation is

described. This paper introduces the content of coating and coating basic performance test (appearance, film forming, adhesion,

viscosity, coating curing), equipment, instruments and methods, and summarizes their importance in coating preparation and coating

service. The preparation characteristics and key properties of the special coatings are briefly described. Although the coating

preparation process is becoming more and more perfect, due to various conditions (human factors, environmental factors), there are

still problems in the uniformity of coating preparation, performance consistency, process standardization, etc., which is the focus of

the subsequent coating preparation process.
