- 摘要:选取 3种常用塑料管材料,对其密度、熔体流动速率(MFR)、灰分、分子量分布、氧化诱导期、力学性能以及静液压进行测定,对其结构和性能进行对比分析。结果表明,聚丁烯管材料的 MFR最大,聚丙烯管材料的密度最小为 0.914 g/cm3 。热性能测试中,聚丁烯管材料的结晶度和氧化诱导期最高,分别为70.6%和138.42 min,表现出最好的短期力学性能和耐热氧老化性能。力学测试表明,聚丁烯-1管材料具有更好的力学强度,而聚乙烯和聚丙烯管材料则具有更好的韧性,3种管材料的静液压均满足使用要求,且聚丁烯管材料的耐内压性能最好。Abstract: Study of the structure and the performance of three plastics pipe were clarified by density, melt flow rate(MFR),ashcontent, molecular weight distribution, oxidative induction time(OIT),tensile testing machine and tube hydrostatic. The resultsindicated that MFR of PB-H was the highest, and PP-R has a minimum density of 0.914 g/cm3 . The thermal performance displayedthat The crystallinity and OIT valves of PBH were 70.6% and 138.42 min respectively, indicating the best thermal stability andshort-term mechanical properties. The mechanical testing displayed PB-H led to better mechanical properties, while PE -RC andPP-R led to better flexibility properties. Internal pressure resistance of three pipe met the requirements of use, PB-H was all of pipethe internal pressure resistance the best.
