- 摘要:某石化公司的 60×104 t/a乙烯装置于 2012年建成投产,生产乙烯、丙烯等产品。裂解气压缩机作为石油化工企业的核心设备,机组的平稳运行对整个乙烯装置的稳定生产及企业的经济效益均产生至关重要的影响。在实际生产过程中就存在由于压缩机振动异常,振值快速上涨导致机组联锁停车的情况。然而压缩机内部结构复杂,各项操作参数众多,准确分析机组振动异常的原因存在诸多困难。本文针对裂解气压缩机振值随运行时间增加而逐渐上涨的情况,通过对相关工艺参数进行收集、比对,结合生产实际对参数变化的原因进行合理分析,查找影响裂解气压缩机振值的相关因素。Abstract:An ethylene plant with 60×104 t/a in a petrochemical company, put into operation in 2012, produced ethylene, propyleneand other products. As a core equipment of petrochemical enterprises,the stable operation of the cracking gas compressor had acrucial influence on the stable production of the whole ethylene plant and the economic benefit of the enterprise. In the actualproduction process, there was a situation that the compressor vibration was abnormal and the vibration value rised rapidly leading tothe unit interlock shutdown. However, it is difficult to accurately analyze the cause of abnormal vibration of the unit due to thecomplex internal structure and many operating parameters. Aiming at the situation that the vibration value of cracking gascompressor increased gradually with the increase of running time, this paper collected and compared the relevant processparameters, and made a reasonable analysis of the reasons for parameter changes combined with the actual production, so as to findout the relevant factors affecting the vibration value of cracking gas compressor.
