- 摘要:随着加工原油的多样化和劣质化日趋严重,催化裂化装置设备、管线的腐蚀问题越来越突出,特别是分馏塔顶循流程普遍存在结盐、腐蚀问题。某炼化公司对其180×104 t/a ARGG装置的顶循系统进行在线除盐技术攻关,取得良好的除盐效果和防腐蚀作用。结果表明,应用在线高效微萃取除盐技术,分馏塔顶循环系统腐蚀速率可降至0.10 mm/a,顶循油中氯离子含量小于0.80 mg/kg,盐含量低于1.80 mg/L,完全满足装置长周期平稳运行。Abstract: With the increasing diversification and inferior quality of processed crude oil, the corrosion problems of catalyticcracking equipment and pipelines were becoming more and more prominent, especially the problems of salt formation and corrosionin the top cycle system of fractionation tower . A refining and chemical company had carried out research on online desaltingtechnology for the top cycle system of its 180×104 t/a ARGG unit, and achieved good desalting effect and anti-corrosion effect. Theresults showed that the corrosion rate of the top cycle system can be reduced to 0.10 mm /a, the chloride content in the top cycle oilwas less than 0.80 mg /kg, the salt content was less than 1.80 mg /L, which can fully meet the long-term stable operation of the unit.
