- 摘要:某天然气净化厂的脱硫脱碳装置采用46%的MDEA和1%的DEA混合胺液脱除原料天然气中酸性气体,吸收了酸性气体的胺液经过闪蒸、过滤、换热、加热再生后循环使用。运行过程中,由于受胺液降解、腐蚀产物、烃类凝液或气田各种缓蚀剂等因素影响,杂质的积累导致胺液发泡,进而造成净化气指标超标、胺液损耗增加、装置处理能力下降,影响了装置平稳运行。文中介绍了该厂采用高效深度净化技术进行实验,对此技术应用前后的运行数据进行对比并分析了其特点。此项技术的应用降低了溶液发泡频次,保证了装置的平稳运行,可为同类装置提供借鉴。Abstract: The desulfurization and decarbonization unit of a natural gas purification plant adoptedthe mixed amine solution with46% MDEA and 1% DEA to remove acidic gas from raw natural gas. The amine solution that absorbed acidic gas was recycled afterflash evaporation, filtration, heat exchange, heating and regeneration. During operation, due to the degradation of amine solution,corrosion products, hydrocarbon condensate or various corrosion inhibitors in gas fields and other factors, the accumulation ofimpurities lead to the foaming of amine solution, which lead to the excessive purification gas index, the increase of amine solutionloss, and the decrease of the processing capacity of the unit, affecting the smooth operation of the plant. This paperintroduced theexperiment of high efficiency deep purification technology, compared the operating data before and after the application of thistechnology andanalyzedits characteristics. The application of this technology reduced the foaming frequency of the solution, ensuredthe smooth operation of the plant, and provided reference for similar plants.
