- 摘要:对某公司100×104 t/a催化汽油加氢装置的3台反应器器外再生催化剂进行标定,对装置的标定结果进行了分析。结果表明,预加氢反应器、加氢脱硫反应器、加氢后处理反应器内气液相分配均匀,再生后的PHG-131、PHG-111、PHG-151催化剂脱硫效果良好,满足国Ⅵ标准中硫含量要求,各反应器催化剂床层入口温度降低且烯烃饱和少,辛烷值损失小。Abstract: It calibrated three external regenerated catalysts of a 100×104 t/a catalytic gasoline hydrogenation unit of a company andanalyzedthe calibration results. The results showed that the gas and liquid phase were evenly distributed in the pre-hydrogenationreactor, hydrodesulfurization reactor and hydrogenation reprocessing reactor, the desulfurization effect of the regenerated PHG-131,PHG-111 and PHG-151 catalysts was good, which met the requirements of the national Ⅵ standard for sulfur content. The inlettemperature of the catalyst bed in each reactor was reduced, the olefin saturation was less, and the octane loss was small.
