Abstracts: Leakage of bolted flange joints in coal chemical plants has been a key challenge for safety and environmentalmanagement. To solve this problem, this paper designs and develops an evaluation management system that covers the functions ofdata collection and management, seal leakage detection and repair, LEC leakage risk assessment and statistical analysis. The systemenables real-time monitoring of seal leakage, data analysis and evaluation, and risk assessment using the LEC evaluation method. The business modules of the system are oriented to the needs of different management levels, which helps to improve the scienceand efficiency of seal leakage assessment and management of flange joints in coal chemical plants. The system is committed toimproving the sealing performance of the plant, reducing the risk of leakage, and rationally allocating inspection and maintenanceresources, so as to realize the long-cycle operation of the plant.
