- 摘要:针对氟化工企业生产工艺、物料的特殊性,具有高温、高压和易燃易爆、腐蚀性、剧毒性等特点,在日常生产或装置检修中,寻找适应环境强的检测手段对压力管道及设备的安全与管理至关重要。根据现场实际应用情况发现:与传统超声波检测技术相比,脉冲涡流精确扫查技术在测量压力管道及设备壁厚方面具有较强优势,可对不同管径,不同材质,多种工况及复杂高温环境下进行全面100%精准扫查,对腐蚀隐患排除及预知性维修起到了重大作用。Abstract: In view of the particularity of the production process and chemical materials, and the characteristics of high temperature,high pressure, inflammable and explosive, corrosiveness, and extreme toxicity of fluorine chemical enterprises, it is very important tofind a detection method that adapts to the environment strongly for the safety and management of pressure pipelines and equipmentin daily production or equipment maintenance. According to the actual application onsite, it was found that, compared with thetraditional ultrasonic detection technology, the pulsed eddy current accurate scanning technology had a strong advantage inmeasuring the wall thickness of pressure pipes and equipment, and can carry out 100% accurate scanning under different pipediameters, different materials, various working conditions and complex high temperature environments, which played a significantrole in the removal of corrosion hazards and predictive maintenance.
