- 摘要:基础研究在高端润滑材料发展中起着至关重要的作用。润滑材料在现代工业中影响着机械设备的性能和寿命。高端润滑材料的研发需要深入的基础研究支持,以解决润滑材料在极端条件下的性能挑战。基础研究可以揭示材料的微观结构和性质,为新材料的设计和合成提供指导。此外,基础研究还可以探索新的润滑机制和技术,从而提高润滑材料的性能和稳定性。文中以Ⅳ类基础油聚α-烯烃(PAO)和Ⅴ类基础油(烷基萘)为例,分析了基础研究对于高端润滑材料的重要性,最后对中国高端润滑行业未来进行了展望。Abstract: Basic research plays a crucial role in the development of high-end lubricating materials, which affect the performanceand service life of mechanical equipment in modern industry. The research and development of high-end lubricating materialsrequires intensive basic research support to address the performance challenges of lubricating materials under extreme conditions.Basic research can reveal the microstructure and properties of materials and provide guidance for the design and synthesis of newmaterials. In addition, basic research can also explore new lubrication mechanisms and technologies to improve the performance andstability of lubricating materials. This paper took the Class IV base oil polyalpha-olefin (PAO) and Class V base oil (alkylnaphthalene) as examples to analyze the importance of basic research for high-end lubricating materials and prospectedthe future ofChina's high-end lubrication industry.
