摘要:: 摘要：某石化公司20×104 t/a的Unipol气相工艺聚丙烯生产装置上，通过工艺参数调整和催化

剂配方优选，开发耐刮擦高挺度 BOPP 专用料 L5D98N。结果表明，主催化剂 CS-1-G 搭配外

给电子体UD55，选用复配抗氧剂XT500和除酸剂DHT4A，在一定的工艺条件下，生产出符合

下游加工使用的耐刮擦高挺度BOPP专用料。

Abstract：On the 20×104 t/a Unipol gas-phase polypropylene production unit of a Petrochemical Company, a scratch resistant and

high stiffness BOPP special material L5D98N was developed through process parameter adjustment and catalyst formulation optimi⁃

zation. The results showed that the main catalyst CS-1-G was combined with the external electron donor UD55, and a composite an⁃

tioxidant XT500 and acid remover DHT4A were selected. Under certain process conditions, a scratch resistant and high stiffness

BOPP special material suitable for downstream processing was produced.
