脉冲电脱盐在高钙原油预处理中的应用

摘要:: 摘要：通过对脉冲电场强度、占空比、脉冲频率、电脱盐温度和停留时间等因素的考察，进行了

脉冲电脱盐对钙离子含量高达 1 800 μg/g的新疆高钙原油的预处理研究，并与常规电脱盐技

术进行的对比试验。研究结果表明，采用脉冲电脱盐工艺经 3级电脱盐后净化油盐含量、净

化油含水、净化油含钙均达到了常规电脱盐 4级后的预处理效果，脉冲电脱盐技术对高钙原

油具有良好的电脱盐预处理效果。

Abstract: The pretreatment of Xinjiang high calcium crude oil with calcium ion content up to 1800 μg/g by pulsed electric desalt⁃

ing was studied by means of pulse electric field intensity, duty ratio, pulse frequency, temperature and residence time, and made

comparisontrial with conventional electrodesalting technology. The results showed that the salt content, water content and calcium

content of purified oil after 3 stages of pulsed electro desalting can reach the pretreatment effect of 4 stages of conventional electric

desalting. The pulsed electro-desalting technology had a good effect on the pretreatment of high calcium crude oil.
