- 摘要:聚丙烯分子量大小取决于聚丙烯的聚合程度,由于甲基的不同排列顺序构成不同的结构包括等规聚丙烯、无规聚丙烯和间规聚丙烯。熔体质量流动速率是塑料加工变形的流变学指标,也叫熔融指数。聚丙烯的熔体质量流动速率必须进行精密的工艺调控,将其控制在合格范围之内,以保障塑料制品的各项性能,从而保证产品的质量。文中从氢气、原料及催化剂3个方面探讨了对聚丙烯熔体性能的重要影响,结果显示,氢气用量及催化剂性质是决定聚丙烯熔融指数的主要因素。Abstract: The molecular weight of polypropylene depends on the degree of polymerization of polypropylene, which include isotacticpolypropylene, atactic polypropylene and syntactic polypropylene because of the different arrangement of methyl groups to formdifferent structures. Melt mass flow rate is a rheological index of plastic processing deformation, also known as melt index. The meltmass flow rate of polypropylene must be precision process control to control it within the qualified range to ensure the performanceof plastic products, so as to ensure the quality of products. This paper discussed the influences of hydrogen, raw material andcatalyst on the melt properties of polypropylene and got the result that the amount of hydrogen and the properties of catalyst were themain factors that determined the melt index of polypropylene.
