HDPE装置不锈钢管线腐蚀原因与防护措施

摘要:: 摘要：文中针对 HDPE装置的不锈钢管线发生腐蚀的原因进行分析，对腐蚀部位液体进行分

析，确定Cl- 腐蚀，同时由于HDPE装置工艺特点，腐蚀还造成干燥机加热蒸汽管泄漏、水冷器

泄漏等问题，为此提出防止 Cl- 腐蚀的防范措施，包括设计上选用更加耐腐蚀的金属材料、生

产重加强泄漏管理、使用无机防腐涂料等，经实际应用效果好，保证HDPE装置稳定生产。

Abstract: This paper analyzed the causes of corrosion in stainless steel pipeline of HDPE plant, checked the liquid at the corrosion

site and finally determined it was Cl- corrosion which also caused the problems such as leakage of heating steam pipe of dryer and

leakage of water cooler due to the technological characteristics. Therefore, preventive measures to prevent Cl- corrosion were

proposed, such as, the use of more corrosion-resistant metal materials in the design, enhancement of leakage management, the use

of inorganic anti-corrosion coatings, etc., which got the good effect on application, to ensure the stable production of HDPE plant.
