松香歧化钯炭催化剂Pd回收工艺

- 摘要:歧化松香酸钾皂是合成丁苯橡胶的乳化剂,用量为丁苯橡胶乳液重量的10%,松香歧化反应所用的钯炭催化剂用量为歧化松香酸钾皂重量的1.5%。Pd是1种非常稀有的贵金属元素,在松香歧化反应后,失活的钯炭催化剂中钯含量为 2%~3%。自然界中没有纯钯矿,只有Pd-Au共生矿,Pd产出率只有Au产出率的0.05%,世界上仅有南非、俄罗斯等少数几个国家出口贵金属Pd。基于此,从废弃钯炭催化剂中回收和利用贵金属Pd变得意义重大。Abstract: The usage of disproportionated potassium rosinate soap,which was an emulsifier for synthesis of butadiene styrenerubber,accounted for 10% of the weight of the butadienestyrene rubber emulsion and the usage of Pd-carbon catalyst used in the rosindisproportionation reaction accounted for 1.5% of the weight of disproportionated potassium rosinate soap. Pd is a very rare preciousmetal element. After rosin disproportionation, the content of Pd in the deactivated palladium-carbon catalyst was 2%~3%. Therewas no pure palladium ore in nature. Pd production rate in Pd-Au symbiosisisonly accounted for 0.05% of Au production rate, andonly a few countries in the world such as South Africa and Russia exported precious metal Pd. Based on this, the recovery and utili⁃zation of precious metal Pd from waste palladium-carbon catalysts became significant.
