- 摘要:某公司 220×104 t/a液相柴油加氢精制装置在第 1周期运行中,出现反应器床层压降上涨,循环油流量不足等问题,直接影响装置长周期运行。文中分析了液相加氢装置反应器压降上涨的原因,并介绍了反应器汽提反吹扫的操作方法。利用装置停工退油流程,在不打开反应器的情况下进行反吹,单次汽提反吹操作,可使装置稳定运行240~300 d。2021~2022年,通过2次反吹,成功解决了床层压降居高不下的问题,使装置稳定运行至全厂检修期。Abstract: In the first cycle operation of a 220×104 t/a liquid phase diesel hydrotreating unit of a company, the problems such as riseof the reactor bedpressure drop and insufficient circulating oil flow directly affected the long-term operation of the unit. This paperanalyzed the reason of rise of pressure drop in liquid phase hydrogenation unit, and introducedthe operation method of reactorstripping backflushing. The company used the oil withdrawal process to take backflushing without opening the reactor, and a singlestripping backflushing operation could make the plant run stably for 240~300 days. From 2021 to 2022, the problem of high bedpressure drop was solved through two backflushing, so that the plant could run stably until the maintenance period of the wholeplant.
