- 摘要:文中根据石化火焰加热炉的特点,以新建112 MW单体燃气式方箱炉为研究对象,定量和定性分析了影响加热炉效率的主要因素,分别分析讨论了烟气潜热的影响、烟气显热占比关系、冷凝结露在间壁换热器内的形成机理及对余热回收系统的影响、炉体热表面散热率、不完全燃烧/氮氧化物的影响,总结了经济的排烟温度和效率,给出了具有参考意义的指标范围,介绍了几种比较典型的间壁式空气预热器。Abstract: According to the characteristics of petrochemical flame heating furnace, this paper, taking the new 112 MW singlegas-fired square box furnace as the research object, quantitatively and qualitatively analyzedthe main factors affecting the efficiencyof the furnace, respectivelyanalyzed and discussed the influence of latent heat of flue gas, sensible heat ratio of flue gas, formationmechanism of cold condensation in the interwall heat exchanger and its influence on the waste heat recovery system, heat dissipationrate of the hot surface of the furnace body, and the influence of incomplete combustion/nitrogen oxides,summarized the economicexhaust temperature and efficiency, provided several reference index scope and finally introduced several typical inter-wall airpreheaters.
