- 摘要:260×104 t/a芳烃联合异构化装置切入进料硫化前,吸附进料中对二甲苯与乙苯的质量浓度差值只有1.0 %,物料切入并硫化后,浓度差达到20.0 %以上,主要是约19.64 %的间二甲苯转化为对二甲苯,结合异构化的反应机理,进一步证明了间二甲苯更容易异构化为对二甲苯的顺序反应机理。吸附进料中对二甲苯的质量浓度直接影响吸附分离系统的能力和效果,在 UOP轻解吸剂模拟移动床 LD-Parex技术中,在相同的 ACCS参数下,对二甲苯与乙苯的浓度差达5.46 %以上,产品对二甲苯的纯度才能达到99.80 %以上。Abstract: Before cutting into the feed vulcanization of the 260×104 t/a aromaticscomplex isomerization unit, the mass concentrationdifference between p-xylene and ethylbenzene in the adsorbed feedstock was only 1.0%, thenafter that, the mass concentrationdifference reached more than 20.0%, which mainly meant about 19.64% of m-xylene converted into p-xylene. It was further provedthat the sequence reaction mechanism of m-xylene was easier to isomerize into p-xylene. The mass concentration of p-xylene in theadsorbed feed directly affected the capacity and effect of the adsorption separation system. In the LD-Parex technology of UOP lightdesorption agent, under the same ACCS parameters, only the concentration difference between p-xylene and ethylbenzene reachedmore than 5.46%, the purity of p-xylene could reach more than 99.80%.
