- 摘要:催化裂化装置反应再生及分馏单元是重油2次加工的重要环节,极易发生结垢、腐蚀减薄甚至开裂等问题。此研究根据典型催化裂化装置反应再生及分馏单元中设备的腐蚀特点,通过划分装置工艺腐蚀流程确定各部位的腐蚀机理。基于 6套典型催化裂化装置反应再生及分馏单元中设备不同程度腐蚀问题数量的统计结果,确定提升管反应器、分馏塔、顶循环油-热水换热器等10余种重点腐蚀设备;通过分析表明设备腐蚀原因主要受温度和工艺介质中杂质成分的影响。根据关键单元腐蚀机理和存在问题从设备选材、工艺和监测等3方面提出针对性的防腐策略。Abstract: The reaction-regeneration and fractionation unit of catalytic cracking unit was an important link in the secondaryprocessing of heavy oil, which was prone to scaling, corrosion thinning and even cracking. According to the corrosion characteristicsof the equipment in the typical catalytic cracking unit, the corrosion mechanism of each part was determined by dividing thecorrosion process. Based on the statistical results of the corrosion problems on different degrees in the reaction regeneration andfractionation units of 6 typical catalytic cracking units, more than 10 kinds of key corrosion equipment such as riser reactor,fractionator and top circulation oil-hot water heat exchanger were identified. The analysis showed that the corrosion of theequipment was mainly affected by the temperature and the impurities in the process medium. According to the corrosion mechanismof key units and existing problems, the anti-corrosion strategy was proposed from three aspects of equipment material selection,technology and monitoring.
