- 摘要:加氢精制(HDT)催化剂的稳定性和使用寿命对于炼油厂的效益影响较大,对于催化剂失活原因分析和再生方法讨论一直是研究热点。造成HDT催化剂失活的主要原因有催化剂表面结焦、金属沉积或中毒以及因金属烧结或集聚导致的催化剂结构改变。文中综述了目前对于 HDT 催化剂失活的原因分析和对应处理措施,总结了失活催化剂的再生方法以及再生工艺的最新技术及其发展、应用状况。Abstract:The stability and service life of hydrotreating (HDT) catalyst have a great impact on the refinery benefits. The causeanalysis of catalyst deactivation and the discussion of regeneration methods have been always the research hotspot. The mainreasons for the deactivation of HDT catalyst were surface coking, metal deposition or poisoning, and the change of catalyst structurecaused by metal sintering or agglomeration. This paperreviewedthe causes of deactivation of HDT catalyst and correspondingtreatment measures, summarized the regeneration method of deactivation catalyst and the latest technology of regeneration process,development and application status.
