- 摘要:介绍了 1种新型无纺布特种聚丙烯的制备方法。研究发现,当采用固态有机过氧化物作降解剂时,将降解倍数控制在 8倍以内,就能生产出品质较好的无纺布特种聚丙烯。在制备过程中,可以利用 2 个反应器的气体成分来获得最优的流速。通过对制粒工艺条件的调节,使产物形态稳定,并对工艺添加剂进行优化,从而达到此种特殊聚丙烯的平稳生产。Abstract: The preparation method of a new type of non-woven special polypropylene was introduced. It is found that better qualitynon-woven special polypropylene could be producedwhen the degradation ratio was controlled within 8 times by using solid organicperoxides as degrading agents. In the preparation process, it could use the gas composition of the two reactors to obtain the optimalflow rate, adjust the granulation preparation process conditions to make the stableproduct form, and optimizethe process additives,so as to achieve the stable production of this special polypropylene.
