- 摘要:汽油调和是生产成品汽油的相关技术,可以降低调和组分油的硫、烯烃含量,提升辛烷值。通过建立数学模型,在调和过程中对成品油进行质量预测和调整,在线使用及升级汽油调和系统等,此种工业化生产技术对调和汽油的生产质量和生产效率起着极其重要作用。在满足新标准的前提下,提高调和组分油质量,合理配比各组分,实现经济效益最大化,在线模式可满足连续化、自动化生产,是汽油调和技术的发展方向和目标。Abstract: Gasoline blending is a related technology for the production of finished gasoline, which can reduce the sulfur and olefincontent of the blending component oil and increase the octane number. The industrial production technology plays an important rolein the production quality and efficiency of blended gasoline by establishing mathematical model, predicting and adjusting thequality of refined oil product, using and upgrading the gasoline blending system online, etc. Under the premise of meeting the newstandard, improving the quality of the blending component oil, rationally matching each component, realizing the maximumeconomic benefit, and meeting the continuous and automatic production in the online mode were the development direction and goalof gasoline blending technology.
