- 摘要：对热解轻油、热解焦油、兰炭焦油在相同或不同进料比例情况下，加热炉出口的温度、系统真空度等相同或者改变的条件下进行系统研究，开展煤焦油沥青成型中软化点的控制因素，考察了加热炉出口温度、真空度、原料进料比例、汽提蒸汽、各侧线下返等关键工艺参数对煤焦油沥青成型过程中软化点控制因素的影响。通过装置运行调整主要工艺参数来考察煤焦油沥青成型过程中软化点控制因素，通过研究得出煤焦油沥青成型过程中软化点的控制因素。对工艺条件的探索，筛选出煤焦油在悬浮床加氢裂化装置中最适宜的煤焦油沥青成型效果及工艺条件，保证了装置的平稳运行及高效转化和沥青成型效果，节约装置运行成本，为煤焦油沥青深度研究打下基础。Abstract: It carried out the systematicinvestigation on the outlet temperature and system vacuum degree of heating furnace underthe same or different feed ratio of pyrolytic light oil, pyrolytic tar and semi-coke tar, analyzed the control factors of softening point incoal tar pitch forming and summarized the influence of key process parameters, such as outlet temperature, vacuum degree, ratio ofraw material to feed, stripping steam and side return, on softening point control factors in the forming process of coal tar pitch. Thecontrolling factors of the softening point in the coal tar pitch forming process were investigated by adjusting the main processparameters. By exploring the process conditions, it selected the most suitable coal tar asphalt forming effect and process conditionsin the suspended bed hydrocracking plant, which ensured the smooth operation and efficient transformation of the unit and theasphalt forming effect, saved the operating cost of the unit, and laid a foundation for the further study of coal tar asphalt.
