基于Aspen Plus的柴油加氢装置燃料气能耗优化

- 摘要:针对柴油加氢装置节能降耗的需求,利用Aspen Plus 软件,以某炼油厂180×104 t/a柴油加氢装置为模型分别建立反应系统和分馏系统的模型,进行降低燃料气消耗的研究。结果表明,模型模拟值与实际值基本一致,能够代表装置的实际运行状况。对反应系统的优化模拟表明,在理想情况下,将E101壳程副线流量设置为37.0 t/h时,F101入口温度可达到337.9 ℃,可节省燃料气的费用为394.20×104元/a;对分馏系统的优化模拟表明,提高C202进料温度至模拟出的最佳温度 229.0 ℃,能够降低 F201燃料气用量,但是会使 E201负荷升高,会对设备造成影响,同时也会对精制柴油后续换热效果产生影响,如导致 G201低压蒸汽发汽量降低。综合考虑,提高C202进料温度至229.0 ℃,可节约成本3.68×104元/a。Abstract: In view of the demand of energy saving and consumption reduction of diesel hydrogenation unit, the reaction system andfractionation system models of a 180×104 t/a diesel hydrogenation unit in a refinery were established by Aspen Plus software to studythe reduction of fuel gas consumption. The results showed that the simulated values of the model were basically consistent with theactual values, and can represent the actual operating conditions of the unit. The optimal simulation of the reaction system showedthat under ideal conditions, when the subline flow rate of E101 shell was set to 37.0 t/h, the inlet temperature of F101 can reach337.9 ℃, and the cost of fuel gas can be saved by 3.942 million yuan/ a. The optimization simulation of the fractionation systemshowed that increasing the feed temperature of C202 to the simulated optimal temperature of 229.0 ℃ can reduce the fuel gasconsumption of F201, but it will increase the load of E201, which will affect the equipment and the subsequent heat transfer effect ofrefined diesel, such as reducing the steam output of G201 low-pressure steam. Overall consideration, raising the C202 feedtemperature to 229.0 ℃ can save the cost of 36,800 yuan /a.
