- 摘要:随着石油石化行业发展和市场的需求变化,特别是在碳达峰的要求下,国内原油1次加工能力将达到最高值,因此对成品油及化工品的产能与市场之间供需平衡提出了较高的要求。催化裂化装置是重要的炼油 2次加工装置,承担着重油轻质化的艰巨任务,更是成品油生产的主力装置。文中通过理论并结合装置实际生产管理和运行的数据,对原料性质、操作条件、产品控制方案等情况进行分析,逐一阐述了催化裂化装置增产汽油的方法并给出建议,实际依装置设计条件等情况的不同会略有差别。Abstract: With the development of the petroleum and petrochemical industry and the change of market demand, especially underthe requirement of peakcarbon dioxide emission, the primary processing capacity of domestic crude oil will reach the peak point,which bring the higher requirements for production capacity of refined oil and chemicals and the balance between supply anddemand of the market. FCC unit is an important secondary refinery processing unit, which undertakes the arduous task of lighteningheavy oil and is the main unit of refined oil production. Based on the theory and the actual production management and operationdata of the unit, this paper analyzed the properties of raw materials, operating conditions and product control schemes, expoundedthe methods of increasing gasoline production of the catalytic cracking unit and gave suggestions. The actual conditions vary slightlyaccording to the design conditions.
