- 摘要:介绍了 DCC 工艺技术特点及中海油东方石化有限责任公司 DCC 汽油全馏分选择性加氢脱硫(CDOS-FRCNII)工艺装置情况,分析了DCC汽油生产芳烃抽提原料的适应性,研究比选中国石化石油化工科学研究院的 NHTDC、中国石油抚顺石油化工研究院的 FHDO、壳牌公司、Axens公司等专利加氢技术在 DCC 汽油加氢生产芳烃抽提原料的应用情况,通过对 DCC汽油加氢装置的少量改造,优选合理的催化剂及工艺方案,以硫质量分数为200~300 µg/g、氮质量分数为 40~60 µg/g的 DCC-Plus汽油为原料,能够生产出硫质量分数小于 1 µg/g、氮质量分数小于1 µg/g、溴价小于0.5 gBr2/(100 g)的产品,满足芳烃抽提装置进料要求。Abstract: This paper introducedthe DCC process characteristics and the operation conditions of CDOS-FRCNII in CNOOC Dong⁃fang Petrochemical Co., Ltd., analyzed the adaptability of aromatics extraction feedstock for DCC gasoline production, studied andcompared the application of patented hydrogenation technologies such as NHTDC of Sinopec Research Institute of Petroleum andChemical Engineering, FHDO of Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum Engineering, Shell Company and Axens Company in DCCgasoline hydrogenation production of aromatics extraction feedstock, produced the products with sulfur mass fraction less than1 µg/g, nitrogen mass fraction less than 1 µg/g, and bromine value less than 0.5 gBr2/ (100 g) through a small amount of renovationof DCC gasoline hydrogenation unit, selection of reasonable catalyst and process planto meet the feeding requirements of aromaticsextraction plant.
