- 摘要:Spherizone聚丙烯工艺技术是Lyondellbasell公司开发出的气相聚合技术,反应的核心为多区循环反应器(MZCR),由于反应器的特殊结构,可在 1个反应器内生产双峰分布产品,产品具有分子量分布宽的特点,如此赋予聚合物良好的物性指标,产品的应用范围得到了大幅度的拓展,在无规共聚和抗冲共聚上,产品在市场应用上具有较大竞争力。Spherizone装置运行过程中有时会出现结块现象,导致装置停工。文中通过对结块问题的分析,总结出抗静电剂 Atmter163在其中所起的作用,合理地控制好 Atmter163的加入量,可以有效地减少和避免反应器结块现象的发生。Abstract: Spherizonepolypropylene process technology is the gas phase polymerization technology developed by Lyondellbasell, thecore of the reaction is a multi-zone cycle reactor(MZCR),due to the special structure of the reactor, can produce bimodaldistribution products in a reactor, the product has the characteristics of wide molecular weight distribution, which gives the polymergood physical property indicators,the application range of the product has been greatly expanded, in the random coplymerization andimpact copolymerization, the product has greaer competitiveness in market applications. During the operation of the Spherizoneplant, clumping sometimes occuis,resulting in the shutdown of the plant. Through the analysis of the agglomeration problem, thispaper summarizes the role played by the antistatic agent Atmter163, and reasonably controls the amount of Atmter163, which caneffectively reduce and avoid the phenomenon of reactor agglomeration.
