- 摘要:某石化公司在气相聚乙烯装置开发了注塑用线性低密度聚乙烯树脂EGM-38。文中选取EGM-38和3种国产注塑用线性低密度聚乙烯树脂,采用凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)等表征手段进行研究。测试结果及客户应用表明,EGM-38呈现较宽的分子量分布,具有较高的结晶峰温度,拉伸屈服应力达9 MPa,简支梁缺口冲击强度达55 kJ/m2 ,具有良好的加工性能和力学性能。Abstract: A petrochemical company developed a linear low density polyethylene resin EGM-38 for injection molding in an gasphase polyethylene plant. In this paper, EGM-38 and 3 kinds of domestic linear low density polyethylene resins used in injectionmolding were selected and studied by gel permeation chromatograph (GPC) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The test re⁃sults and customer application show that EGM-38 has a wide molecular weight distribution, a high crystallization peak temperature,tensile yield stress to 9 MPa, and charpy notched impact strength of 55 kJ/m2 , which has good machining and mechanical properties.
