- 摘要:湿法烟气脱硫技术在炼油厂催化裂化烟气治理中得到广泛应用。某炼油厂的烟气脱硫单元湿法洗涤脱硫塔存在除雾器除雾效率降低、压力降增大,烟气夹带液滴形成“烟囱雨”等问题。经过对问题原因的分析,并对几种除雾技术进行比选,最终采用了惯性动量翅片与纤维凝聚脱液模块相组合的方案对原除雾部件进行替换。实验结果显示,凝聚纤维模块在低气速下的除雾效率超过95%,惯性动量翅片模块在高气速下具有较高的除雾效率。湿法烟气脱硫技术的成功应用取决于合适的除雾器选择、结构设计以及反洗喷淋系统的稳定运行。Abstract: Wet flue gas desulphurization (FGD) technology has been widely used in the treatment of catalytic cracking flue gas inrefineries. There are some problems in wet washing desulfurization tower of flue gas desulfurization unit of a refinery, such as thedecrease of defogging efficiency, the increase of pressure drop, and the formation of "chimney rain" caused by flue gas with drip.After analyzing the cause of the problem and comparing several defogging technologies, the original defogging component isreplaced by the combination of inertial momentum fin and fiber condensation defogging module. The experimental results show thatthe defogging efficiency of the condensed fiber module is more than 95% at low gas velocity, and the inertial momentum fin modulehas higher defogging efficiency at high gas velocity. The successful application of wet flue gas desulphurization technology dependson the suitable selection of defogger, structural design and stable operation of backwash spray system.
