- 摘要:结合新建 150×104 t/a 吸附法芳烃联合装置的特点,根据其低温热分布和能量使用等级,经全流程能量优化和热终端耦合分析,在抽出液塔顶副产低压蒸汽89 t/h(1.2 MPa),抽余液塔顶副产低低压蒸汽约250 t/h(0.6 MPa),重整油塔顶副产热水600t(70~105 ℃,用于热水制冷),回收总能量约240 MW。其中89 t/h的低压蒸汽和120 t/h低低压蒸汽可在装置内直接消化使用,剩余 150 t/h 低低压蒸汽(含 20 t/h 凝结水闪蒸汽)通过整体齿轮压缩机增压到 1.8MPa(300 ℃),升级后的蒸汽可匹配到更多终端用户,实现能量的高效回收。这种高压比、大温升和大流量整体齿轮式压缩机是国内同类装置的首次应用。Abstract: According to the characteristics of the new 150×104 t/a adsorption aromatic complex unit, as well as its low temperatureheat distribution and energy use grade, it realizes the total energy recovery to about 240 MWthrough the energy optimization of thewhole process and thermal terminal coupling analysis, i.e. the by-product low pressure steam at the top of the extraction tower is 89t/h (1.2 MPa), the by-product low pressure steam at the top of the raffinate tower is about 250 t/h (0.6 MPa) and the by-product hotwater at the top of the reforming oil tower is 600 t (70~105 ℃, used for hot water refrigeration). Among them, 89 t/h low-pressuresteam and 120 t/h low-pressure steam can be directly digested and used in the unit, and the remaining 150 t/h low-pressure steam(including 20 t / h condensate flash steam) is supercharged to 1.8 MPa (300 ℃ ) through the integral gear compressor, and theupgraded steam can be matched to more endusers and achieve efficient energy recovery. This high pressure ratio, large temperaturerise and large flow integral gear compressor is the first application of its kind in China.
