- 摘要:大型内压缩空分装置中,主空压机是核心设备,其防喘振控制及放空阀选型是日常稳定运行的关键。文中以德国 Man公司生产的 Rikt140-4型离心式压缩机为例,详细分析了单阀门控制方案和双阀门控制方案,对采用不同控制方案的压缩机运行情况进行对比并给出了选择建议,明确双阀门控制方案或单GLBOE阀控制方案为优选方案,有助于压缩机稳定运行。Abstract: The main air compressor is the core equipment in the large internal compression air separation unit, and its anti-surgecontrol and the selection of venting valve are the key to stable daily operation. This paper takes the Rikt140-4 centrifugalcompressor produced by Man Company in Germany as an example, analyzes the single valve control scheme and double valvecontrol scheme in detail, compares the operation of compressors using different control schemes and gives selection suggestions, anddefines the double valve control scheme or single GLBOE valve control scheme as the preferred scheme to help the compressor runstably
