- 摘要:某石化公司国ⅥB汽油质量升级技术攻关,克服催化裂化装置较短反应时间(1段1.6 s/2段 1.4 s)、2次反应少,不利于降低烯烃的工艺特点,通过加注降烯烃催化剂、辛烷值助剂及持续操作优化组合技术的实施,催化稳定汽油烯烃体积分数下降了 4%~5%,最低降至 35%,辛烷值(RON)稳定在90.5~90.6,公司国ⅥB汽油提前240 d出厂。Abstract: A petrochemical company strives to make technological breakthrough on ⅥB gasoline quality upgrade, overcome theprocess characteristics of disadvantage on reducing olefin with short reaction time of catalytic cracking unit (1.6s in stage 1/ 1.4s instage2) and fewer further reactions, implement the combination technology of filling olefin reducing catalyst, octane numberadditives and continuous operation optimization to decreased the olefin volume fraction of the catalytic stabilized gasoline by 4% to5%, the lowest to 35% and the octane number (RON) stable at 90.5 to 90.6, and realize the ⅥB gasoline left the factory 240 days inadvance.
