- 摘要:加氢精制催化剂是成品油生产中影响产品质量的重要因素,提高加氢精制催化剂的活性、稳定性和使用寿命一直是催化剂研究领域的热点。文中综述了加氢精制催化剂硫化活化的工业方法、硫化剂的分类和应用状况以及硫化过程对催化剂活性的影响。另外,简要总结了导致加氢精制催化剂失活的多方面原因及再生工艺方法。Abstract: Hydrofining catalyst is an important factor affecting product quality in the production of refined petroleum product.Improving the activity, stability and service life of hydrofining catalyst has always been a hot topic in the field of catalyst research.This paper reviewedthe industrial method of sulfuration activation of hydrofining catalyst, the classification and application ofsulfuration agent, and the effect of sulfuration process on the activity of catalyst, and additionally, brieflysummarized the causes ofdeactivation of hydrofining catalyst and the regeneration process.
