- 摘要:催化裂化装置的再生器旋分系统运行状态直接影响装置的长周期安全平稳运行。文中根据某装置再生器跑剂的现象,分别从设计原因、催化剂原因、操作原因和设备故障原因进行定性、定量分析,最终确定了跑剂原因,并在窗口检修期解决。提出了相应的监控措施,确保装置的安全平稳运行。Abstract: The operation state of the regenerator cyclone separation system of a catalytic cracking unit directly affects the long-leadsafe and stable operation of the unit. This paper, according to the phenomenon of regenerator agent leakage, analyzed qualitativelyand quantitatively from the aspect of the reasons of design, catalyst, operation and equipment failure, finally found out the agentleakage reason, solved it during overhaul period, and put forward the corresponding monitoring measures to ensure the safe and stableoperation of the device.
