- 摘要:催化裂化油浆是催化裂化装置的副产品,其含有少量的催化剂固体颗粒,是制约油浆下游利用的主要障碍,因此脱除催化裂化油浆中固体颗粒,使其高价值化成为近几年来的主要研究课题。文中介绍了国内外催化裂化油浆脱固的方法,总结了近几年沉降法、过滤法、离心法等的研究现状,对未来催化裂化油浆脱固技术提出了展望。文中指出,过滤法分离效果稳定,目前在工业化生产中应用广泛,尤其是以陶瓷膜为滤芯的过滤法具有广泛应用前景;化学助剂沉降法成本较低,是未来油浆脱固发展的方向之一;离心法发展缓慢,主要在组合方法中起辅助作用。Abstract: Catalytic cracking oil slurry is a by-product with a small amount of catalyst solid particles in catalytic cracking unit,which is the main obstacle restricting the downstream utilization of oil slurry. Therefore, the removal of solid particles in catalyticcracking oil slurry to make its high value has become the main research subject in recent years. This paper introduces thedesolidifying methods of FCC oil slurry at home and abroad, summarizes the research status of sedimentation method, filtrationmethod and centrifugal method in recent years, and puts forward the prospect of the future desolidifying technology of FCC oilslurry. It is pointed out that the filtration method has a stable separation effect and is widely used in industrial production, especiallythe filtration method with ceramic membrane as filter element has a wide application prospect. The sedimentation method ofchemical auxiliaries is one of the development directions of slurry desolidation in the future because of its low cost. The centrifugalmethod develops slowly and mainly plays an auxiliary role in the combination method.
