- 摘要:文中对疏水材料产生的 Young原理、Wenzel原理、Cassie-Baxter原理分别进行了阐述说明,并指出了各自的应用特点。介绍了当前制备疏水涂层的相关方法(包括模板法、层层自组装法、静电纺丝法、溶胶凝胶法、化学气相沉积法等),并对它们的优缺点进行了总结概括。对疏水涂层在防污闪、防覆冰、防腐蚀、油水分离等行业领域的应用进行了简述。疏水涂层尽管应用前景很好,但是因各种条件限制使涂层制备存在成本高、性能稳定性差、耐久性差等问题,是未来实现疏水涂层大规模推广应用需克服的主要难点。Abstract: This paper elaborated the Young principle, Wenzel principle and Cassie-Baxter principle for the generation ofhydrophobic materials respectively, pointed outtheir application characteristics. It introduced the current methods for preparinghydrophobic coatings (including template method, layer self-assembly method, electrospinning method, sol-gel method, chemicalvapor deposition method, etc.) , summarizedtheir advantages and disadvantages, briefly described the application of hydrophobiccoating in the fields of anti-pollution flashover, anti-icing, anti-corrosion, oil-water separation and so on. Although the applicationprospect of hydrophobic coating was very good, due to various conditions, such as high cost, poor performance stability, poordurability and other problems, it became the main difficulties to be overcome in the future to realize the large-scale popularizationand application of hydrophobic coating.
