- 摘要:通过将外给电子体Donor-C和Donor-D在Spherizone工艺技术聚丙烯装置上的应用,考察了不同的外给电子体对聚合反应及产品性能的影响,结果表明在生产均聚牌号时Donor-D作为助催化剂的使用,主催化剂活性平均提高了25%~30%、产品的弯曲模量提高20%~30%、拉伸屈服应力提高10%,改善产品刚性性能,可有效拓宽产品应用范围和领域。Abstract: Through the application of Donor-C and Donor-D in Spherizone polypropylene plant, the effects of different externalelectron donors on polymerization and product performance were investigated. The results show that when donor-D is used as aco-catalyst in the production of homopolymerization, the activity of the main catalyst is increased by 25%~30% on average, thebending modulus of the product is increased by 20%~30%, the tensile yield stress is increased by 10%, and the rigidity of theproduct is improved, which can effectively expand the application range and field of the product.
